WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT · DENVER

Small business websites
that book work.

Most small business websites are brochures. They look fine, they sit there, and they don't do anything. We build sites that answer questions, capture leads, and put work on your calendar while you're on a job.

From $1,000. Typically live in 1 to 3 weeks. Denver and the Front Range.

The problem

A website that only looks good
is a very expensive business card.

1

It doesn't do anything.

Someone lands, reads, has a question nobody's there to answer, and leaves. Your site had one job and it watched them go.

2

The leads go somewhere to die.

A contact form drops into an inbox you check at 9pm. By then they've called someone else. Speed is the whole game and most sites are built to lose it.

3

You can't change a word without paying someone.

Update a price, add a service, swap a photo. Every small edit becomes an email, a quote, and a two week wait.

What you get

Built properly, not assembled from a template.

Every site ships with all of this. It isn't a menu of upsells.

Mobile first, actually

Most of your visitors are on a phone in a truck. The phone layout gets designed first, not squeezed down from the desktop version at the end.

Fast, because slow costs money

Static-first builds, real image handling, no plugin pile. Google measures your load time on real visitors and so does every person who bounces before it paints.

Findable

Clean structure, real metadata, schema markup, a sitemap Google can read, and Search Console wired up so you can see what people actually searched to find you.

You can edit it

A CMS when the content changes often, plain files when it doesn't. Either way you're not paying us to change a phone number.

Yours, not rented

You own the domain, the code, the hosting account, and the content. If you ever want to leave, you take all of it and go. No hostage situation.

Live in weeks

One to three weeks for a typical build. Not one to three quarters. You get a fixed scope and a fixed price before anything starts.

The difference

Every agency builds you a website.
We wire it to do the work.

This is the part nobody else on your shortlist is offering, and it's the reason a Wire AI site earns its cost back instead of sitting on the balance sheet.

Answers

An AI chat assistant that knows your business

Trained on your services, your pricing, and your process. It answers real questions at 11pm, captures the details, and hands off to you only when it matters. Ours is on this site right now. Go poke at it.

Captures

A lead pipeline instead of an inbox

A form submission triggers an instant reply, gets classified by how hot it is, flags returning customers, and lands in your CRM already sorted. The lead is answered before you've put your phone down.

Books

A voice agent for the calls you miss

The phone rings while you're under a sink or on a ladder. An AI agent answers, qualifies the caller, books the appointment, and routes the details to you. Try a live demo, it picks up.

Try the voice demo

You don't have to take all of it. Plenty of clients start with a site and add one piece later. But the site is built ready for it either way, which is not true of a template.

How it works

Four steps. Fixed price. No surprises.

01

Scope

A call about your business, not your website. What you sell, who buys it, what a lead is worth. You leave with a fixed scope and a fixed price.

02

Design

You see the real thing in a browser, on your phone, early. Not a PDF of a design, not a slide deck. Feedback happens while changes are cheap.

03

Build

Built and tested on a preview URL you can share. Nothing touches your live domain until you've clicked around it and said yes.

04

Ship

Live, indexed, connected, documented, and handed over. 14 to 30 days of bug fixes included. Care plan optional, never required.

Pricing

You know the price before we start.

Founding rates shown. Standard rates apply after our first 5 clients. Final scope and price are confirmed on a discovery call.

THE DIFFERENCE

Add the AI

scoped on the call

priced by scope

Bolt a chat assistant, a lead pipeline, or a voice agent onto the site. Priced honestly against what it's worth to you, not off a rate card.

  • AI chat assistant on your site
  • Instant lead reply and routing
  • CRM integration
  • Voice agent for missed calls
  • Start with one, add later

For reference: a custom small business site from an established Denver agency typically starts around $8,000. We're not cheaper because we cut corners. We're cheaper because there's no account manager, no project coordinator, and no office downtown between you and the person writing the code.

Proof

We build software, not just sites.

What we built

airquote, an AI-powered job management platform for contractors and the trades. Quoting, scheduling, invoicing, contracts, job tracking, reports, customer comms, and payments in one system. Product, AI, and infrastructure, built from nothing.

Why it matters here

A brochure site is the easiest thing we do. When your project needs a booking system, a customer portal, or something nobody sells off the shelf, you're already talking to the person who built one.

FAQ

Common questions.

What does a website actually cost?

From $1,000 for a typical small business site, confirmed on a call once we know the page count, whether you need a CMS, and what it has to connect to. You get a fixed number before anything starts, and it doesn't move unless you change the scope.

How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?

If a template gets you what you need, use one. Genuinely. The difference shows up when you want the site to do something: answer questions, route leads, connect to your CRM, book jobs. That's where builders stop and we start.

Who owns the site when it's done?

You do. The domain, the code, the hosting account, the content, all of it in your name. The care plan is a convenience, not a leash. Leave whenever and take everything.

What do you build with?

Whatever fits. Static HTML for a fast marketing site, Next.js for something bigger, Webflow or Framer when you want to drive it yourself. We pick on the call based on who's maintaining it, not on what we feel like using.

Can you fix the site I already have?

Sometimes. If it's slow, unfindable, or not converting, that's often a fix rather than a rebuild, and we'll tell you honestly which one you're looking at. Sometimes the answer is that the site is fine and the problem is somewhere else.

Do you work with businesses outside Denver?

Yes. We're Denver based and most of our clients are on the Front Range, but the work happens over calls and shared previews. Location matters less than whether we're a fit.

Let's talk about what
your site should be doing.

30-minute call. No sales pitch. We'll look at what you have, what it's costing you, and what's worth building.
