How we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website, submit our get-started form, or try the voice agent demo. Written in plain English; the legal version says the same things.
This Privacy Policy applies to Wire AI Solutions, a Denver-based AI consultancy operating the website at wireaisolutions.com. When this policy says "we," "us," or "Wire AI," that is who it means. If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, you can reach us at contact@wireaisolutions.com.
We try to collect as little personal information as possible while still being able to run a useful business. Here is what we collect and when:
When you submit our get-started form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, company name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company website, the kind of work you are interested in, a description of what you want to automate or build, a budget range, and any documents or files you attach to the form.
When you use the voice agent demo, your browser sends real-time audio from your microphone to our voice agent infrastructure provider for the duration of the call. Audio is not recorded or stored. The call is processed in real time so the agent can respond, and the audio stream ends when the call ends.
When you visit any page on the site, our hosting provider receives standard web request information: your IP address, browser type, referring URL, requested page, and timestamp. We use this for security and for diagnosing problems, not for tracking individuals across the web.
Local storage on your device. We use your browser's local storage for two things: remembering whether you prefer dark or light mode on this site, and counting how many times you have used the voice agent demo so we can enforce a polite usage limit. This data lives on your device, not on our servers, and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser data.
We use the information you give us for limited, specific purposes:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. We also do not use your information to train AI models or for unrelated marketing.
To operate the website, we rely on a small set of third-party service providers (sometimes called "processors") who handle limited categories of data on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect that data:
The names of specific providers are available on request to contact@wireaisolutions.com. We choose providers who meet reasonable industry standards for security and privacy.
Because real-time voice is unusual on a marketing website, it gets its own section. When you tap the demo button and start a call:
If you would prefer not to use your microphone, simply do not start a demo call. None of the other features of the website require microphone access.
We keep form submissions for up to three years from the date of submission, so we can refer back to past inquiries and engagements. After three years, submissions are deleted unless you have become a client (in which case we keep records as required for ordinary business and tax purposes). You can ask us to delete your submission earlier; see "Your rights" below.
Standard web request logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider, typically a few weeks, and are not used to build profiles about individual visitors. Voice demo audio is not retained at all, as described above.
You have rights over the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, those rights may include:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@wireaisolutions.com with a description of what you would like. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within thirty days.
Wire AI Solutions is a Colorado business. Although we may not currently meet the volume thresholds that make the Colorado Privacy Act ("CPA") legally applicable to us, we voluntarily extend the rights it provides to all Colorado residents — and, in most cases, to all of our website visitors. If you are a Colorado resident, you may exercise the following rights with respect to personal data we hold about you:
Universal opt-out mechanisms. We recognize and honor browser-based universal opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends one of these signals, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request from sale and targeted advertising — even though, as noted above, we do not engage in either activity.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@wireaisolutions.com. We will respond within forty-five days of receiving a verifiable request, and may extend that period by another forty-five days when reasonably necessary.
Wire AI Solutions is in the business of developing AI systems for our clients. The Colorado AI Act ("CAIA," SB 24-205) applies specific requirements to developers and deployers of "high-risk" AI systems — AI used to make consequential decisions affecting consumers in areas such as employment, education, financial services, healthcare, housing, insurance, legal services, government services, and other essential services.
The voice agent demo on this website is a marketing demonstration. It is not used to make consequential decisions about any person, and we therefore do not consider it a "high-risk" AI system under CAIA. The demo is provided for evaluation purposes only.
For client engagements that do involve high-risk AI systems, we work with our clients (as deployers) to address applicable CAIA obligations, including reasonable care to avoid algorithmic discrimination, risk management practices, impact assessments, consumer transparency, and notice and appeal rights for individuals affected by consequential decisions. Specific obligations are addressed in our written engagement agreements with each client.
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adult business operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have a security concern about the website, please email contact@wireaisolutions.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our business or the law changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in a clear notice on the website. Continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
