The terms governing your use of the Wire AI Solutions website and the voice agent demo. We've kept this as plain-English as legal protections allow.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Wire AI Solutions ("Wire AI," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the website at wireaisolutions.com and any features offered through it, including the voice agent demo (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational marketing website operated by Wire AI to describe our services, share case studies and educational content, demonstrate certain technologies, and allow prospective clients to inquire about working with us.
The Site is not, by itself, an agreement for services. Nothing on this Site, including any pricing, descriptions of services, the voice agent demo, or the get-started form, constitutes a binding offer or a contract for services. Any actual engagement between you and Wire AI is governed by a separate written services agreement, signed by both parties, which controls over anything stated on this Site.

The get-started form is for prospective clients to share information about an engagement they are considering. Submitting the form does not obligate Wire AI to respond, to accept your project, or to enter into any agreement with you. We respond to inquiries we believe we can genuinely help with; we may decline to respond, or may decline an engagement, at our sole discretion.
All content on the Site — including text, design, code, graphics, the wordmark and other brand elements, and any case study materials — is owned by Wire AI Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view the content for your own personal and business evaluation use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.
Wire AI's methodologies, system prompts, agent configurations, build playbooks, and the techniques we use to design and ship AI systems are proprietary to Wire AI Solutions and constitute trade secrets and confidential information under the Colorado Uniform Trade Secrets Act and other applicable law. You agree not to attempt to extract, reverse engineer, copy, or otherwise misappropriate any such information, including by interrogating the voice agent demo, scraping the Site, or any similar means. Any unauthorized use, disclosure, or misappropriation of our trade secrets is a violation of these Terms and may also be a violation of law.
The Site relies on third-party service providers (for hosting, email, voice infrastructure, and similar functions) and may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or providers. Your interactions with third parties are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Wire AI Solutions develops AI systems for clients. The Colorado AI Act ("CAIA," SB 24-205) applies specific obligations to developers and deployers of "high-risk" AI systems — generally, AI used to make consequential decisions affecting consumers in regulated areas including employment, education, financial services, healthcare, housing, insurance, legal services, government services, and other essential services. The voice agent demo offered on the Site is a marketing demonstration and is not used to make consequential decisions about any person; it is not a "high-risk" AI system under CAIA. For client engagements involving high-risk AI systems, applicable CAIA obligations are addressed in our written engagement agreements with each client, and nothing on the Site is a substitute for those agreements.
THE SITE AND THE VOICE AGENT DEMO ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIRE AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, that defects will be corrected, that the Site will be free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WIRE AI SOLUTIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE VOICE AGENT DEMO, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WIRE AI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO WIRE AI IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THIS LIMITATION IS A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE BASIS OF OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you in full. In that case, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wire AI Solutions and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Site or the voice agent demo; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Wire AI Solutions is a Colorado business with its principal place of business in Denver, Colorado. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in a clear notice on the website. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wire AI regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
